New Projects

Our most recent project is a small retirement home located near Saddle Mountain outside of Lake George.

This 1232 square foot home presents the challenge of including all the amenities of a large home while working with a modest budget.

Despite freezing temperatures and a late October snowfall, work has progressed to where the foundation is poured and the floor framing and sub-floor are complete. The foundation is stepped down to follow the terrain which keeps a large area of the foundation from being exposed.
