New Projects

Our most recent project is a 2,100 square foot, one and one-half story home located on a beautiful 20 acre parcel in the 4 Mile Ranch subdivision outside of Guffey, Colorado. Much of the subdivision is not on the present electrical grid, requiring that this home have its own power supply. Power sources consisting of solar panels, battery storage and a back-up propane generator will be installed.

Although the building site is located directly below a large rocky ridge, excavation for the foundation required no blasting, thereby saving the homeowners money before the project was even out of the ground.

The foundation is an Insulated Concrete Form system and provides an R-26 insulated foundation which is essential to saving energy resources and preventing freeze problems in an area than can reach 30˚ below zero.
